The Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has published an advertisement for the Secondary Level Teaching License for the academic year 2081/82. According to the Teacher Service Commission Regulations (with amendments), 2057, Rule 9, Sub-rule (1) (c), and Rule 9, Sub-rule (7), individuals who meet the minimum qualifications and have completed the required training are invited to apply through the official online application system of the Commission. The purpose of this advertisement is to inform all interested candidates to submit their online applications.

Application Submission and Fee Payment Process:

  • Applicants must fill out the form on the online portal and verify all details and documents before submission. Once the form is submitted and the application fee is paid, no further modifications can be made to the application.
  • After submitting the application, the applicant must click on "Submit Application Details" and then proceed to pay the application fee by clicking on "Click Here to Pay." The payment can be made through Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited.
  • If paying online, options such as Connect IPS, E-Sewa, Khalti, and IME Pay will be available. After confirming the payment, the application will be considered submitted.
  • Applicants must retain their email, candidate identification number, and password securely as these will be required to download the admit card and for other processes.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Nepali Citizenship
  • Eligibility: The applicant must meet the qualifications outlined in Rule 6 (1) and Rule 9 (1)(c) and (7) of the Teacher Service Commission Regulations (with amendments), 2057.
  • Documents to Upload: Scanned copies of citizenship, recent photo, signature, academic transcripts, training certificates, and equivalency certificates (for those who studied abroad) must be uploaded in JPEG/PNG format (max 200 KB) as specified by the online application system.


Additional Information:

  • Province Selection: Since the written examination will be conducted simultaneously across all provinces, candidates must choose only one province to apply. Multiple applications in different provinces are not allowed.
  • Exemptions and Penalties: Applications that are incomplete, do not meet the minimum qualifications, or are submitted with conditions will not be considered. Double fee payment will not be counted towards age, educational qualifications, or training.
  • Assistance for Disabled Applicants: Applicants who are visually impaired, have low vision (Category 'G'), or are unable to write with both hands may request a writing assistant with at least one level lower qualification from the District Education Development and Coordination Unit.
